Careers

The hyper-competitive legal market definitely makes it more difficult to fill open positions (especially as a smaller Firm competing with the “big guys”) so we’re always open to connecting with potential candidates––those excited to join a rapidly-growing boutique firm to help be a part of that growth, while also expanding their legal knowledge and skill sets and advancing in their own careers. D&S works hard to provide a work environment that, while challenging and fast-paced, still feels meaningfully different from “BigLaw”. We certainly reward hard work but we also work hard ourselves to make sure our team members don’t burnout. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide many other perks and benefits that are hard to find in a law firm setting, like self-managed PTO, a permanent hybrid remote work option (with a pet-friendly office when not working from home), and, my personal favorite, summer Fridays and lots of holiday office closures to create windows of time to recharge.

If you’re interested in a Firm that values your talents as an attorney/professional, rewards hard work and dedication, but also values you as a person and works hard to ensure you feel satisfied and supported in your professional life and personal life, get in touch with us at careers@ds-immigration.com.
